Shipping & delivery

We deliver across Australia with Australia Post, and you can collect from our Wollongong store when store pickup is offered at checkout.

Delivery options and cost

• Standard and Express delivery by Australia Post.
• The delivery cost is calculated at checkout from your postcode and the size and weight of your parcel, using Australia Post's rates. You see the exact amount before you pay.
• When a free delivery offer is running, it is shown at checkout and applies to Standard delivery.
• If Australia Post's rates cannot be reached at that moment, checkout shows an estimated rate and says so.

Store pickup

When pickup is available you can choose it at checkout instead of delivery. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order number.

Dispatch and tracking

We email you when your order has been sent. When a tracking number is available it is in that email and on your order page, with a link to follow the parcel on the Australia Post website.

Delivery times are Australia Post's and depend on where you live and the service you choose. If you need something by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can arrive in time.

Bank transfer orders

An order paid by bank transfer is sent once your payment has reached our account. Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match it quickly.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia. If you would like something sent overseas, contact us and we will see what we can arrange.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and we will follow it up with Australia Post and put it right.

Rentals

Rented items are not posted. You collect them from our store, or our own staff deliver and collect them within our local delivery area. See the rental terms and the FAQ.
