Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from Bianca Fashion House online. By placing an order you agree to them. Rentals are also covered by our rental terms, which you accept when you book.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Australian dollars.
• We take care to describe and photograph every item accurately. Many pieces are handmade or hand-finished, so small variations in colour, weave and embellishment are normal, and colours can look different from one screen to another.
• If an item is listed with an obvious error in its price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. Stock is limited and often one of a kind; if we cannot supply something you have ordered, we will tell you and refund what you paid for it.

Payment

• Card: Visa and Mastercard, paid on a secure page provided by ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions.
• Bank transfer: your order is placed as awaiting payment and you are shown our bank details. Use your order number as the reference. The order is sent once the payment has reached our account, and we may cancel an order that remains unpaid.
• Vouchers and promotions are subject to the conditions shown with them, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and store pickup are described on our Shipping & delivery page. Responsibility for an item passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave us, or when you collect it.

Rentals

Rental bookings are paid by card. The rental fee is charged when you book, and a refundable security deposit is placed as a hold on the same card on the day of pickup or delivery. The full conditions — the rental period, cancellation, late or missing items, damage and the deposit — are in the rental terms.

Accounts

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Reviews

Customers who have bought or rented an item may review it. Reviews are checked before they are published, and we may decline or remove a review that is offensive, misleading or not about the item.

Our content

The photographs, text, logo and design of this website belong to Bianca Fashion House or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us.

Your rights and our liability

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have under the law.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from goods bought through it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
